The purpose of this article is to investigate the level of awareness, attitudes and skills of information communication technology ((ICT) among LIS professionals southern region of India. Further it investigate whether qualification of LIS professionals using ICT based applications, digital library software, skills to manage of ICT based library services attitudes towards impact of ICT applications. A survey was conducted through online questionnaires to assess the level of awareness, attitudes and skills by library science professionals of Pharmacy colleges in Bangalore of southern India. Total 55 questionnaires were distributed and 43 filled questionnaires were collected from LIS professionals. The collected data were analysed using recent MS excel sheet. LIS professionals are having excellent skills to manage e resources like library website, Open Access Journals and Books, ETD and library consortium and average skills to use OPAC by the majority of respondents followed by below average and above average skills to use online open access catalogue in their institutions.
