Use of e-resources by students in K. K. Wagh Institute of engineering education and research, (KKWIEER) library Nashik, Maharashtra

Now a day's technical institutes like engineering and pharmacy have to subscribe e-resources databases for students and teachers as per the guidelines given by AICTE. The institutes have to spends a lot for it. But the question arises for the utilization of these high-priced e-resources. The present study is conducted to know the available e-resources in KKWIEER, Nashik and purpose is to study the use of e-resources, types of e-resources, frequency of access, and types of storage devices uses by under graduate engineering students. The data were collected through structured questionnaire, analyzed and recommendations are suggested at the end.
