The present study explored the utility patterns of Web-Opac facilities among the library end users of Govt. Engineering college of Madhya Pradesh The study conducted survey method and used a well structured questionnaire as a tool for the data collection from the end users of the, Indore. More than 407 questionnaires distributed among the library users of the Indore which facilitated to twig the preference pattern of Web-opac, awareness about the Web-Opac, the efficacy frequency, usage motives, searching pattern and location, and hindrance for accessing the Web-Opac facilities and services. Total 380 respondents given the effective responses and filled questionnaires in appropriate manners which were selected for the smooth conduction of the study and got the motives of the research study. The findings brought to light that Web-Opac utilization is quite high among the learning community of Govt. Engineering Institution of Madhya Pradesh. End users frequently searched the title, keywords and authors of their concerning searching contents. The study explained about some barriers which were observed during the access of Web-Opac facilities and services. The results of the study enunciated that, we see some improvement for optimum harnessing of Web-Opac facilities and services for maximum satisfaction among the end users.
