This research paper analysis many parameter of web Impact fact like a Domain of website, Domain age, External Links and Internal Likes after the analysis we are got that the Mobile page spend LOC with 31% British library with 27 % and NLI with 62 % found the page spend in Mobile. In the desktop pages speed British library with 82 highest page speed than to LOC with 73 and NLI with 78 in desktop version Oldest National library in USA website IWIF 0.5216 EWIF, 0.4572, SWIF 1.1278. The British Library Impact factor 0.0362, External WIF 0.0451 and SWIF 0.0814 and National Library of India oldest Library of India found that Internal WIF 0.0124, EWIF 0.0001 and SWIF 0.0126.
