This study aims to investigate the developing technological skills of library professionals in college libraries affiliated with Veer Narmad South Gujarat University in Gujarat. Library professionals’ proficiency is essential for educational achievement, and libraries play a vital role in professional education colleges of all ages. The research paper talks about emerging technology for library professionals. A questionnaire was prepared as an instrument of data collection from library professionals in college libraries affiliated with VNSGU in Gujarat. In the current research, the data was collected from the respondents through a structured questionnaire using the survey method. The study’s findings show that most library professionals are decent with almost all technologies, except for a few, including Web 3.0 technology. However, they must still develop their technical abilities to enhance the calibre of technology-enabled tasks and services. In individual and emerging technology skills, librarians have the highest skill rate, assistant librarians have the second highest, and library assistants have the least skills.
