The development of emerging technologies has resulted in a rapid increase in information and communication technology (ICT) tools. Many of these tools have great potential for teaching and learning although they may not be created initially for educational purposes. For instance, the free web page for people to write and publish thoughts, suggestions, article, family photo upload and diaries etc…. Nowadays many educators realize the potential of web page. They attempt to use web page in education and find out writing online using web can help user improve their writing skills, increase their critical thinking skills or become subject matter experts (Kajder & Bull, 2003; Wang, 2005)(1).
