There has been a notable change in the educational institutions due to revolution of Internet. This paper summarizes frequency and time spent for internet by the faculties at Bapuji Institute of Engineering and Technology (BIET), key information seeking consideration associated with use of Internet, ways that make the faculties aware regarding the information required in their field, different search engines used by the faculties at BIET have been discussed. Conclusion has been made on the basis of analyses data from 98 faculties in BIET.
