The present study was conducted with the objective to examine the use of Google Scholar among the Research Scholars of Faculty of Social Sciences and Faculty of Arts of Banaras Hindu University. A well structured questionnaire was administered through random sampling method to the Research Scholars of both the faculty to collect data regarding the use of Google Scholar. The survey reveals that 82.7% respondent Research Scholars are using the Google Scholar for different purposes related to their research. The scope of the present study is limited only to the Research Scholars of Faculty of Social Sciences and Faculty of Arts, Banaras Hindu University only.
