The present study is based on the survey conducted among the management libraries in Delhi NCR working LIS professionals on the aspect of recruitment and selection a sub component of human resource development (HRD). The data was collected through a structured questionnaire administrated to the LIS professionals working in 93 libraries of Delhi NCR. The analysis is based on the 293 LIS professionals working in management libraries in Delhi. Study finds that Test cum Interview is a better means of assessing personality of the LIS professionals.
