India is recognized as rapidly developing country. However, when we compare the rate of development with that of countries like China, need is felt to increase the speed of development. The development of any country is greatly dependent on growth of its infrastructure. When we talk of this development of infrastructure like power, water, roads and housing are the top most in receiving attention of the planners.
The pace of development of infrastructure can be accelerated through improved systems and adopting technologies which help in achieving faster progress. In this respect following techniques which are considered important are dealt in this paper:

Roller compacted concrete is of great relevance for dams & barrages for hydro projects. Recognizing importance of this technology CBIP have entered into arrangement with Multi Mantech International Pvt. Ltd. to provide services required for use of roller compacted concrete.
