Abstract

Due to the abnormal growth of population the demand of electricity has increased. The decreasing level of fossil fuel results in the decrease of electric energy generation. To meet the demand, the energy sector moves towards the renewable energy generation. Various types of renewable energy sources such as Solar, Wind, Biomass etc., it can be used to generate energy from renewable energy source but it is not sufficient. Hence it moves to the upgradation of energy source such as hybrid power generation. Hybrid power is defined as there is any modification with existing system to adapt advanced technology or to combine various kinds of energy sources. But to implement hybrid power system there are n number of problems arising such as Protection, Synchronization, Power quality, etc.

This paper focuses a kind of Power Quality analysis of a Hybrid Biomass Gasifier Power Generation using Non Edible Jatropha Seed Cakes and the output was verified by using Resistive Load.
