In this study the prevalence of brucellosis in human beings were investigated by STAT, RBPT and ELISA. 250 serum samples of human being has been used in this study by routine method. For determination of antibody titers tests were judged to be positive (+) or negative (−) according to the presence or absence of antibodies.
