Bronchopneumonia in Indigenous Cattle: A Pathological Study

Abstract

Bronchopneumonia in Indigenous cow was investigated in 1804 examined carcasses. Out of 768 cases showing sign, only 9.89% were found to affected with bronchopneumonia on histopathology. The stained smear revealed the presence of Corynebacterium spp. as possible causative agent.
