Live-in relationship: From freedom to frustration

Live in relationship denotes an arrangement in which a man and woman live together like husband and wife with each other without any legal sanctioning to be against Indian culture and moral and ethical values. Today's couples live with each other without marriage. The reasons may vary. People are becoming more individualistic and career oriented. Married couples who choose to marry are fully cognizant of the legal obligation which arises by the operation of law on solemnization of the marriage and the rights and duties they owe to their children and the family as a whole.
