A field study was designed to determine if foliar micronutrients (B, Zn and Fe) sprays could increase fruit quality of ‘Sharbati’ low-chill peach [Prunus persica (L.) Batsch]. The experiment was designed in randomized block design. Boric acid (0.1%), zinc sulphate (0.5%) and ferrous sulphate (0.5%) were used as a source of boron, zinc and iron, respectively. Treatments consisted of two application timings after petal fall stage and again at 15 days after the first spraying during both years. Ascorbic acid levels had a significant response to micronutrients foliar fertilization. There were no significant difference in fruit pH and pectin content.
