In order to study effects of wastewater with two kinds of fertilizers (manure and chemical fertilizer) on grain yield and yield components in corn (704 cultivar) a field experimental was conducted at the University of Zabol in Iran during 2007 growing season. The experiment was conducted as a split block design with three replications. The treatments were comprised of two levels of irrigation water (W1= well water and W2= wastewater) in main plot and five levels of fertilizer (F1=control, F2= manure: 30 ton.ha−1, F3= manure: 15 ton.ha−1, F4= NPK: 350, 200 and 100 kg.ha−1 and F5=NPK: 175, 100 and 50 kg.ha−1) in sub plot. Obtained results showed that irrigation with wastewater was significantly increased grain yield of corn than well water. Also wastewater had positive significantly influence on grain yield and all yield components, but the most effective of wastewater on yield components was on the 1000-seed weight. Among the fertilizer, F4 treatment in all situations had the most effective on the grain yield and yield components and increased them. Results in this study showed, wastewater application had not significantly effect on trace elements such as Cr, Fe, Cu, Zn and Mn in soil but fertilizer treatments had significantly effect on them. Among the fertilizer treatments, F2 (manure: 30 ton.ha−1) had the highest effect on the total concentration trace elements in soil.
