A study was conducted to examine the shelf-life of guava honey spread. The results showed that better quality of honey spread could be obtained from honey and guava pulp mixed in the ratio of 1:2 (honey: guava pulp). The overall acceptability and spreading quality of the product was also good and could be stored for 150 days on ambient conditions without any deleterious effect.
