To evaluate the Abdominal Sacropexy for the correction of vaginal vault prolapse.
Ten patients of vaginal vault prolapse were subjected to Abdominal Sacropexy. The post operative depth of vagina, axis of vagina and other post operative complications related to surgery were observed.
The Abdominal approach for vaginal vault prolapse in form of Abdominal Sacropexy was successful with adequate vaginal depth and proper vaginal axis without any post operative complains.
Abdominal Sacropexy offers reliable fixation of the vaginal apex with minimal changes to the vaginal anatomy.
