Abstract

Daily growth of energy consumption through out the world and real necessity to providing energy makes clear that optimization of energy generation and consumption units is economical and sometimes vital important case. Therefore the execution of petroleum refinery optimization probably cause acquire of more great production and increase of quality. National company of petro-product refinery and delivery of Iran include nine companies, significant increscent of gasoline consumption in Iran result in remarkable imports of this product, from this viewpoint the aim of any refinery company is more production and submission of gasoline. In this research, after simulation of atmospheric distillation unit of IRAN-ARAK-SHAZAND petroleum refinery, optimization accomplished by means of simulators due to earning more crude gasoline. Then outcome optimization results from simulator carried out on the above mentioned unit particularly and cause 7 M3/hr increment of the gasoline.
