A systematic experimental investigation was conducted to study the aerodynamic characteristics of a generic delta wing-body combination. These experiments have been carried out to identify the aerodynamic characteristics at low subsonic speed. The effect of the angle of attacks and Reynolds numbers on the flow field over the model was also investigated. At low angle of attack, the flow appeared to be symmetrical. The flow symmetry was more developed at upstream (near the nose), at downstream of the body, a slight appearance of asymmetrical flow was observed. As the angle of attack is increased further, the flow becomes highly asymmetrical at positions even close to the nose. The degree of asymmetry flow increased as the Reynolds number increased. These results agree well with published data.
