Abstract

The experimentation aims to study the most suitable Machining Parameters for the Wire Electrical Discharge Machining (WEDM) Process in order to get the desired surface roughness value. A series of experiments have been performed on High Carbon High Chromium steel (HCHC) & Pre Hardened steel (P20) material of different thickness, the surface quality thus obtained is analyzed for various parameter combinations.
