At present management have many onerous requirements for a design process because it has a main status in every product lifecycle and also large influence on final form, construction and quality of designing object. Currently we can find several primary approaches for designing. Systematic approach for designing is presently the most developed designing approach. This method has a wide theoretical base but it is not easy to use it in practice. We can fine several aspects which don't allow frequent using of Systematic approach for designing for the present. These aspects are defined in this paper.
