Analysis design and development of variable speed drives - Using soft switched resonant converters

In this paper steady state analysis of series parallel resonant converter has been carried out using approximate ac analysis. Simple design procedure is given. Hardware kit is assembled based on Micro controller for the dc-to-dc converter for variable speed dc drives to evaluate its performance. Output is taken to verify the theoretical results.
