Abstract

In this paper enhancement and optimization of sensivity for micro/nano optomechatronic sensors based on genetic algorithm and nano composites as a parameter so-called safe sensivity will be presented. Cost functions, fiber orientation of nano composites and displacement for various values of blocking forces will be evaluated and the final results using GA will be shown.
