Many researches dealt with the problem of electromechanical devices fault detection and diagnosis. The early detection of faults can help to avoid system shutdown, breakdown and reduce the material damage. Artificial intelligence techniques are being investigated as extension traditional fault diagnosis methods. In this paper we analysis the fault of motor by using Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS). Data used for training and checking of the ANFIS model is obtained from the experiment.
