The effect of thermal diffusion on an oscillatory MHD convective flow with mass transfer through a porous medium bounded by an infinite vertical porous plate is studied. An analytical solution of the problem is obtained by regular perturbation technique. The expressions for velocity field, temperature field, species concentration, the skin friction at the plate in the direction of the flow and the rate of heat transfer (in terms of Nusselt number) at the plate are obtained in non-dimensional forms. The velocity, temperature, species concentration, skin friction, Nusselt number and the amplitudes and phases of the fluctuating parts of the skin friction and Nusselt number at the plate are demonstrated graphically and the effects of the different parameters involved namely, the Soret number
