In this paper we propose to give details of the handwritten Arabic text segmentation. This segmentation is complete in the sense that it breaks the handwritten Arabic word in his letters with their identifiers (punctuation) and vowels (symbols of pronunciation). Such identification is necessary in the pronunciation systems which allow, from a handwritten text, reading the text for the blind for example.
