The main objective of the present work is to improve the collector efficiency of the solar air heater and studying flow and thermal parameter like velocity, pressure temperature distribution. The heat transfer characteristics and performance of the flat plate solar air heater with and without thermal storage were studied experimentally for different heat storage materials such as gravel and iron scrap with different combinations.
