Abstract

In India good quality coal reserves are depleting, hence alternative source of energy is the demand of the time. At the same time management of huge quantities of garbage produced in India is also a serious problem. Therefore, bio-gasification of vegetable waste is tried using some indigenous natural sources to find potential microbes for the gasification. Microbes present in mine water are found to be most effective for gasification of vegetable waste.
