Uromin lick prepared at Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana was evaluated and found to contain 33.2% DCP and 43.5% TDN. Because a mineral mixture was added separately, it contained all required minerals. The daily intake of DCP through lick by adult buffalo was found to be 293 g per head per day which was enough to maintain a 500 kg buffalo.
