Sixteen adult local Mahahoobnagari bucks (20-24m, 26kg), divided into four groups of four animals each, were fed four complete rations containing maize husk at 0 (R1), 10 (R2), 20 (R3) and 40 (R4) % levels. The digestibilities of DM, OM, CP and EE were similar in ail the treatments. CF digestibility was significantly (P<0.05) higher in animals fed R4 than those fed R1 and R2 rations. NFE digestibility was significantly (P<0.01) lower in animals fed R4 than those on R1 N, Ca and P balances were positive and comparable on all treatments. DCP and TDN intakes were adequate. Maize husk can replace wheat bran upto 40 per cent in complete diets of goats.
