Stylo straw (Stylosanthes hamata) was fed as a sole feed to four Muzaffarnagari lambs (16.97±0.53kg) for 50 days. The average DM intake/100 kg body weight was 3.08 ±0.05 kg or 62.52±1.06 g/kg W^0.75 The digestibility coefficients for DM, CP, CF, EE, NFE, NDF and ADF were 50.87, 56.47, 43.10, 41.64, 59.25, 49.27 and 46.48, respectively. The DCP and TDN contents were 4.09 and 50.32% respectively indicating that the S. hamata straw could provide maintenance need of sheep.
