Blood samples, collected from anestrous and repeat breeder crossbred (KF) cows, were analysed for P, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu, and Mn. Levels of P, Mg’ and Fe were in the range of 11.0 to 25.0,1.88 to 2.5 and 22.5 to 35.0 mg/100 ml, respectively, whereas, the levels of Zn, Mn and Cu were varied from 31 to 150, 37 to 50 and 37 to 275p.g/100ml. In the case of normal animal blood P, Mg and Fe levels were 21, 2.38 and 30 mg/100ml and the levels of Zn, Mn and Cu were 185, 18 and 87 µg/100 ml. In anestrous animals, the P, Zn and Fe levels were lowest while, the Mn was very high, whereas, Cu level was subnormal in whole blood. In repeat breeders also blood mineral levels were lower than normal animal except Mg and Fe.
