Ruminal degradubility pattern of DM and NDF of batch and continuously oil extracted rice bran (DRB) were evaluated in sacco using 3 fistulated calves. The effective DM degradability was significantly higher in continuous DRB (43.81%) than batch type DRB (33.70%). No significant difference was observed in effective degradability of NDF which were 26.03 and 25.27 per cent for continous and batch type DRB, respectively. Replacement of 20 to 30 percent of wheat bran with continuous DRB in concentrate mixture did not depress in vitro degradability and rumen fermentation, however, even 10 percent inclusion of the batch type DRB had adversely affected IVDMI) and IVCFD.
