The DCP and TDN content of finger millet (Eleusine coracana) straw were estimated to be 1.28±0.27 and 50.5±1.06 kg/100 kg dry matter in Yaks, respectively. Yak can over come the weight loss in winter if finger millet straw supplemented with energy and protein alongwith common salt and mineral mixture.
