Molybdenum (Mo) status in soil, forage and blood serum of local breed of heifers of lower Brahmaputra Valley of Assam varied significantly (P<0.01) in different sub-divisions. Highest values in Dhubri while lowest in Rangia sub-division were recorded. None of the soil, fodder and serum samples were found deficient than the critical values.
