Fresh Asoka (Polyalthia longifolia) leaves (DM 38.4%) contained CP, EE, CF, NFE, total ash, calcium and phosphorus 16.71,8.84,12.53,54.07,7.85. 1.52 and 0.21% on DM basis, respectively. Mean proportion of leaves and stems in the branches of Asoka tree was 68 and 32 percent.
