Abstract

A metabolism trial was conducted on six Patanwadi hoggets in order to estimate nutritive value of Chharodi hay. The drymatter intake was 2.58 ± 0.10 kg per 100 kg body weight. The balance of N was negative and that of P and Ca positive. The DCP and TDN contents were 1.48 and 41.05%.
