In 9 weeks trial, the body weight gain was 222.40, 276.97, 277.99 and 276.77g, feed conversion ratio 3.90, 4.06, 3.91 and 4.10 kg/chick and performance index was 57.02, 68.21, 71.09 and 67.50 in the four groups, respectively. The dry matter digestibility was 50.75, 54.44, 52.82 and 51.15%, protein efficiency ratio was 1.27, 1.21, 1.26 and 1.21 and efficiency of energy utilization was 9.56, 9.35, 9.25 and 9.85 Kcal/g weight gain, respectively in the four groups. The cost of ration per unit gain of body weight was minimum (Rs. 16.46) in control group.
