Fresh Narkate (Arundo donax Linn) grass was fed ad libitum as sole feed to adult Siri x Jersey bullocks and its nutritive value determined. The daily voluntary DM intake was 1.97 ± 0.05 kg per 100 kg live weight. The grass contained 12.23% CP. The DCP and TDN contents of the grass were 8.89 and 55.15 per cent respectively on DM basis. The balances of N, Ca and P were positive.
