Abstract

The chemical composition of some naturally available forage resources in Chakrata hills (District Dehradun, Uttar Pradesh, India) situated at the height of about 2000 metres above the sea level, indicated that the CP content ranged from 7.77 to 28.40 per cent on DM basis. Similarly the Ca content ranged from 0.61 to 4.43 per cent.
