Banana (Mum spp) leaves contained 13.80 per cent CP, 6.50 per cent EE, 28.25 per cent CF, 39,15 per cent NFE, 12.30 per cent TA, 1.3 per cent Ca and 0.19 per cent P on DM basis. The average DM consumption of kids from banana leaves when fed as a sole feed was 120 ± 1.77 g/10 kg body weight. The DCP and TDN of banana leaves were 8.31 and 63.37 per cent, respectively on DM basis.
