Two groups of adult goats (8-10m; 8-9 kg) were fed on a concentrate mixture in which 100 and 50% of their CP requriment was supplied through subabul (Leucaena leucocephala) seeds. The nutrient digestibllities in different groups did not show significant variations. The balances of N, Ca and P were positive. The DCP and TDN values, calculated by difference, were 21.43 and 73.42% respectively. The subabul seeds contained 3.23 and 2.64 MCal/kg of DE and ME respectively. There were no significant changes in the blood haematological constituents of both the groups.
