Four Barbari bucks (1248m; 30.5 kg) were fed Heens (Capparis horrida) as a sole feed. The voluntary DM consumption was 26.8±1,07 g/kg body weight. The per cent chemical composition or whole Heens plant was CP 15.32, EE 4.12, CF 16.32, NFE 46.43, Ash 17.81, Ca 134 and P 0.28 on DM basis. The nutrient digestibilities were satisfactory and the balances of N, Ca and P were positive. The plane of nutrition of bucks in terms of DM, DCP, TDN, Ca and P intake was 820,’95, 400,14.77 and 2.66 g respectively. The Heem plant contained DCP 1154% TDN 48.31% NR 1:3.19, DE 2.13 Mcal/kg and ME 1.75 Mcal/kg.
