Six crossbred (HF x Gir) male calves (2 yrs; 271 kg) were fed coarsely ground dry fallen teak Tectona grandis leaves (DFTL) with chaffed berseem hay (1:1) ad lib tor 3 wks. The contente of DM, CP, EE, CF, NFE, TA, AIA, Ca and P on dry matter basis In DFTL were 94.26, 7.09, 2.44, 22.27, 44.9, 23 30, 10.69, 2.81 and 0.46% respectively. The digestibility coefficients of DM, CP, EE, CF and NFE were 24.00, 20.25, 45.71, 30.01 and 16.04% respectively. The average values of DCP and TDN as determined by difference method were 1.44 and 17.82% respectively.
