Pellets or two types of complete reeds having similar CP (12%) but different energy contents (1.68 and 1.79 Meal MK/Kg) were prepared dsing locally fabricated pelleting mill. Pelleting caused 87 and 90% Increase In bulk density of the complete feeds. The feedprocessing cost was Rs. 19.26 per quintal. Heifers (6-9m) consumed the feeds @ 3.15 and 3.06 kg DM and gained @ 490 and 607 g/d on complete feeds 1 and 2, respecttvely.
