The yield, chemical composition and nutritive value of PC-6 jowar (Sorghum bicolor) was studied at 50% flowering (T1) and milky (T2) stages. Green yield was significantly more at T1 over T2 stage. There was sn increase in DM and CF and decrease In CP, EE, NFE and total ash from T1 to T2 stage. The digestibility and amount of digestible nutrients declined from T1 to T2 stage. The average DCP and TON yield at T1 and T2 stages were 7.24 ± 0.43 and 79.97 ± 3.14; and 4.04 ± 0.03 and 73.39 ± 3.42 q/ha, respecttvely. Thuss PC-6 jowar at 50% flowering stsge was superior over milky stage.
