A Descriptive Study to Assess the Level of Knowledge regarding Road Traffic Accidents (RTA) among Adolescents in Patteeswaram at Kumbakonam

A descriptive study to assess the level of knowledge regarding road traffic accidents (RTA) among adolescents in Patteeswaram at Kumbakonam. A Non-Experimental research design and quantitative approach was used. The sample size was 50 which was selected by purposive sampling technique. Data collected by structured questionnaire. In this Study, Majority of 40 percent of the respondents had both moderately adequate and adequate knowledge, 20 percent of the respondents had inadequate knowledge, 20 Percent of the respondents had inadequate knowledge on road traffic accident among adolescents.
