A study to Assess the Practice regarding Blood Transfusion among Nurses working in Selected Hospital at Mysuru.

A descriptive study was conducted to assess the practice regarding blood transfusion among nurses. Data was collected regarding practice of blood transfusion by observing with observational checklist. The study was conducted at JSS Hospital, Mysuru among 60 nurses who were selected by using non probability convenience sampling technique. The study result revealed that 100% of nurses had good practice. The practice scores ranged from 20–30. Mean practice score was 25.08 with a standard deviation of ±2.03.
