The Clinical competency and professional identity in Nurses can increase their skills with additional resources including practice guidelines, research instrument information and legal cases. Resources also include full text for books covering a wide range of topics including drug information, nursing communication skills, critical thinking skills and more. The research design adopted was Descriptive Co relation study. The conceptual framework for this study was Pender theory. The study has conducted in Shree H. N. Shukla Nursing institute and Kamdar Nursing Institute Rajkot. The sample size was 150. The collected data were analyzed by using inferential statistical method. Karl-Pearson co relation test was used to evaluate the Relation between clinical competency and professional identity. The obtained value was 1.00. This showed highly significant levels. Hence there is a relation between clinical competency and professional identity.
